Explanation
Students must be enrolled in at least one class in the current or a future term in order to be licensed for Teams. The licensing updates several times during the day. If a student has just registered for a class, they may need to wait up to 1 hour before they can access Teams.
All employees with a current active job are licensed for Teams.
Associates are licensed for Teams.
Sponsored account users may request Teams access.
