Issue/Question
- I received an email saying I need to complete mandatory training but I am not able to access the course.
- I'm having trouble accessing training for "Creating an Inclusive Community" (CIC), "Sexual Assault Prevention" (SAPU/SAPAL, formerly HAVEN) or AlchoholEdu.
Environment
Explanation
Incoming students are required to take certain mandatory trainings.
- The SAPU, SAPAL and AlcoholEdu trainings are hosted by EverFi and an email invitation is sent to incoming students. For more information, see: https://studenthealth.oregonstate.edu/required-online-programs
- Note: Beginning Spring Term 2021, the required online programs will be completed through a company called "Get Inclusive" per the Student Health link above. Help can still be requested as normal using the Resolution section.
- The link to the Creating an Inclusive Community training for students is in Canvas at: https://oregonstate.instructure.com/courses/1669523
Students need to be enrolled in the training course before they can access it. Sometimes access to a course may not be granted at the time a student receives the email notifying them of the mandatory training.
Resolution
If you are having trouble accessing any of the student mandatory trainings, send email to up2u@oregonstate.edu or submit a ticket at: https://studenthealth.oregonstate.edu/up2uticket
