BlueBee Service Connector - Installation Processs

Issue/Question

  • How do I download BlueBee Service Connector?
  • BlueBee didn't download right.
  • I can't find BlueBee as a program on my computer!

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • BlueBee License Owner

Resolution

Method 1

  1. Make sure you have a BlueBee License Key.
  2. Download the program from https://platform.bluebee.com/bgp/
  3. Run the BlueBee Service Connector Installer.
  4. Download to the provided location.
  5. Enter the BlueBee License Key.
  6. The Installer will automatically complete at this point.
  7. To see if the program is working, go to https://platform.bluebee.com/bgp/ and open up the Projects tab.
  8. Enter your information on the Projects tab.  Once you do this, you should be able to upload and download projects.
