Issue/Question
- I am getting an "Invalid Certificate when sending a push to my phone", What should I do?
- What does "Certificate verification failed" mean on the Duo app?

Cause/Explanation
When the device is connected to a network which is not connected properly to the Internet, the Duo application on the phone encounters an error "Certification Invalid or Network issue."
Resolution
- Connect to OSU_Secure, eduroam or Visitor
- Close the Duo app and open it again
- Send the Duo push again and it will work.
