Overview
Use this form to request a refund for a BeaverPrint print job in the case of a printer malfunction.
Audience
Anyone affiliated with the university.
Request
Click the Submit Request button to start a new request. Once the request is completed you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number and a link to view the status of your request.
